By inviting OnlyOneMessage to your server, using its features, or self-hosting an instance, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of OnlyOneMessage and its related services provided by Monobyte Studios.
OnlyOneMessage is provided as-is, with no guarantees that it will always work as expected. We are not responsible for any disruptions that may result from using the bot on your server.
When using OnlyOneMessage, the following actions are prohibited:
OnlyOneMessage is open source and may be self-hosted under the terms of the AGPL-3.0 license. If you host your own instance as a service, you must make your complete source code, including any modifications publicly available under the same license, or contact us for a commercial license.
Monobyte Studios is not responsible for self-hosted instances of OnlyOneMessage, including any data handling, uptime, or moderation decisions made by third-party hosts.
The hosted instance of OnlyOneMessage collects minimal data required for it to function properly. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy. Self-hosted instances are responsible for their own data handling.
OnlyOneMessage, its features, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. These changes may include additions, removals, or modifications to functionality or terms.
All updates and announcements will be available on our Support Server under #changelog and on the GitHub releases page.
By using OnlyOneMessage, you confirm that you comply with Discord's Terms of Service and are at least 13 years old or meet your country's minimum age requirement for using Discord.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove the hosted instance of OnlyOneMessage from any server at any time for violations of these terms. Servers found repeatedly violating these terms may be permanently blacklisted from the hosted instance.
Under no circumstances shall Monobyte Studios, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use OnlyOneMessage; including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or moderation problems. This applies to both the hosted instance and any self-hosted deployments.
If you have questions about these terms, please contact us at legal@monobyte.studio or join our Support Discord to create a ticket.
